"Size was fine, but the bat wasn’t quite what I expected"
I ordered a bat from cheapbats.com, and the size ended up being pretty much right, so no problem there. The only thing was the model looked a little different than what I thought I had selected, unless I missed something on the page or clicked the wrong option. It’s still usable and not a huge deal, just kind of annoying. Shipping was fine. I might order again, but I’d definitely look closer at the model details next time.

"Bad first impression with warranty support"
My first impression of the warranty support wasn’t great, and it didn’t get much better. It took forever to get replies, and when someone did respond, I still didn’t feel like they were actually helping me fix the bat issue. I ended up feeling stuck and frustrated with the whole process.

I ordered from cheapbats.com one time, that was enough for me. The bat got here later than I expected, and the box looked rough when it showed up.
I reached out to customer service, but it took them a while to get back to me. When they finally did, the replies felt super generic and didn’t really help, so I felt like I had to keep following up just to get anywhere.
I figured it might be worth a shot because of the price, but after this whole experience, I don’t really trust ordering from them again. I’ll probably just spend a little more somewhere else next time...

For some reason, the issue just never got resolved. I kept expecting some kind of actual fix, but nothing really changed.

I was disappointed with the customization options. There were barely any choices, and I kept thinking I must be missing something because it felt so limited. Maybe I expected too much, but it ended up feeling like a waste of time.

They advertised 20% off, but when I got to checkout the discount disappeared. I reached out to support and they just said the promo had ended. Kind of annoying, lol, and it felt like a waste of time.

I ordered a specific bat, but I don’t know why a totally different model showed up instead. The size was wrong too, so it wasn’t even close to what I picked. I checked my order again and it clearly shows the one I actually wanted. Frustrating, because it’s definitely not what I paid for.

"Something felt off about this bat"
I ordered a bat that was supposed to be a real brand model, but right away when it showed up, I was kind of questioning it. The stickers didn’t look quite right, the finish seemed a little off, and even the weight felt strange in my hands. Also, the packaging was weird too, not like what I’ve seen when buying from regular stores.
I reached out to ask if it was authentic, and the response was vague, which didn’t help. Maybe some people have had a fine experience with CheapBats.com, and maybe I just got unlucky, but I don’t think I’d order from them again. The whole thing just didn’t feel right to me

"Took too long to arrive"
I ordered a bat from CheapBats.com because my son had games coming up and I figured it would get here in a few days. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely changed for a while, which was frustrating. The bat was something we actually needed, not just a random purchase, so the delay was a real pain. I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something quickly.

"Prices were decent, but nothing too exciting"
I stopped by hoping to find some really good deals, and while the prices were definitely affordable, I wouldn’t say they blew me away. A few things were cheap enough to feel worth it, but some of the deals seemed average to me. Overall, it was okay, just not as amazing as I was expecting.

I tried to exchange my bat, but the whole thing was more frustrating than it needed to be. Replies were slow, the steps weren’t clear, and something about the process just felt off from the start. I expected a simple swap, but it turned into a headache I wouldn’t want to deal with again...

I’ll give them credit, they did reply in the end. It just took longer than I would’ve liked, which was a bit frustrating. Not ideal, but at least they followed up.

"Decent bat, but kind of hit or miss"
For the price, the bat is okay. It looks nice and it does the job when it wants to, but it definitely feels a little mixed in quality. The grip feels kind of cheap, and mine had a few small marks on the finish right out of the box. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing either.

I ordered from cheapbats.com the communication was frustrating. I emailed twice just trying to get a basic update, but the replies were super short and didn’t really answer anything.
I kept wondering if this was normal or if other people had the same experience, because it really felt like no one wanted to help. I don’t mind waiting for an order if I’m kept in the loop, but being left guessing is annoying. I wouldn’t order from them again

"Delivery was a joke"
I ordered a bat and the delivery date kept getting pushed back like they had no clue what they were doing. It showed up almost a week late, and the tracking was useless the whole time. The bat itself was fine once it finally arrived, but I needed it sooner. i probably wouldn’t order from them again if timing actually matters...

From what I remember of other bats I’ve ordered, they usually come packed a lot better than this. This one showed up in a flimsy box with barely any padding, and the end cap had a ding in it. Kind of disappointing, especially after paying for shipping...
