I ordered a bat from cheapbats.com, and the size ended up being pretty much right, so no problem there. The only thing was the model looked a little different than what I thought I had selected, unless I missed something on the page or clicked the wrong option. It’s still usable and not a huge deal, just kind of annoying. Shipping was fine. I might order again, but I’d definitely look closer at the model details next time.

My first impression of the warranty support wasn’t great, and it didn’t get much better. It took forever to get replies, and when someone did respond, I still didn’t feel like they were actually helping me fix the bat issue. I ended up feeling stuck and frustrated with the whole process.

For the price, the bat is okay. It looks nice and it does the job when it wants to, but it definitely feels a little mixed in quality. The grip feels kind of cheap, and mine had a few small marks on the finish right out of the box. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing either.

The checkout was okay, but wow, it felt like it was moving at the speed of a sleepy turtle. Not the end of the world, but I was definitely getting impatient by the end...

I ordered a bat and the delivery date kept getting pushed back like they had no clue what they were doing. It showed up almost a week late, and the tracking was useless the whole time. The bat itself was fine once it finally arrived, but I needed it sooner. i probably wouldn’t order from them again if timing actually matters...

Am I the only one who expected more bat options? I went in hoping to compare a few, but the selection was really thin. Most of what they had was either stuff I wasn’t interested in or weird sizes that didn’t work for me. I ended up leaving annoyed

From what I remember of other bats I’ve ordered, they usually come packed a lot better than this. This one showed up in a flimsy box with barely any padding, and the end cap had a ding in it. Kind of disappointing, especially after paying for shipping...
